1. What personal data do we process?
Contact form
When you send us a message through the contact form, we process the email address you provide and any personal data you choose to include in the message (for example your name or phone number). We also process your IP address automatically, solely for the purpose of enforcing the number of messages per user.
Purpose and legal basis
The information is processed solely to answer your enquiry. The IP address is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6 litra f) to prevent misuse of the form. The message content is processed on the basis of consent, which you give by submitting the form.
Stripe payment solution
Payments are carried out by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Their processing of personal data takes place in accordance with their own privacy statement. We only receive order and payment status, and we do not share the information you enter on Stripe's payment page with anyone else.
No ads or tracking
This website displays no ads. We use no analytics or tracking services other than those mentioned here.
2. Cookies
This website only uses strictly necessary cookies. These are cookies required to deliver the service you have explicitly requested, and consent is not required to use them. This page uses no cookies other than those mentioned here.
3. Sharing information with third parties
We do not share personal data with third parties, except for the providers mentioned above (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd). Your information is never shared with anyone else for marketing or advertising purposes.
4. Storage and deletion
Messages you send through the contact form are stored in our email inbox for as long as needed to follow up your case. IP addresses processed for the number of messages per user are deleted automatically when the time limit expires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time – send an email to [email protected].
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). To exercise your rights, send an email to [email protected]. We will reply as quickly as we can, and within 30 days at the latest.
